How do I purchase a course or guide?
Add the product to your cart, proceed to checkout, and pay securely. You'll receive your download link immediately on the thank-you page and by email.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards securely through Pay fast. No account required — complete checkout and your download is delivered instantly.
Are there any subscriptions or recurring charges?
No. Every product is a one-time purchase. You pay once and keep it forever. There are no subscriptions, memberships, or recurring fees.
Digital Delivery
How do I get my download after purchasing?
Your download link appears immediately on the thank-you page after checkout. You'll also receive an email with the download link sent to the address you used at checkout.
How long do I have to download my file?
Download links are valid for a limited number of uses. If you have trouble accessing your file, email us at info@courseforge.co.za and we'll sort it out.
What format are the files in?
All products are delivered as PDF files. You can open them on any device — phone, tablet, or computer — using any free PDF reader.
I didn't receive my download email. What do I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, email us at info@courseforge.co.za with your order number and we'll resend it within 1–2 business days.
Refunds & Access
Can I get a refund?
